- 20 mlBlood orange juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 6 dropDaiquiri bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and blood orange wedge or dehydrated slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with blood orange wedge or dehydrated slice wheel.
