Ingredients
- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlBlood orange juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into salt).
- 3Prepare garnish of blood orange slice wheel.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with blood orange slice.
