  • 22.5 mlLime juice
  • 15 mlBlood orange juice
  • 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare sage leaf for garnish.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
