Ingredients
- 50 mlCacao spiced rum
- 25 mlTawny port
- 12.5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 12.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Smoke chilled glass with a rosemary sprig and leave upturned while making the cocktail to retain smoke.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into smoked glass.
