- 60 mlCognac (brandy)
- 22.5 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 7.5 mlParfait amour liqueur
- 1 swath Lemon peel

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

REGAL STIR all ingredients (including lemon zest) with ice.

STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
