Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest and a slice of shortbread..
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with a slice of shortbread rested across the rim.
