Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 30 mlScotch whisky
- 30 mlHoney herbal liqueur
- 15 mlCalvados apple brandy
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3Wash and cut a fresh passion fruit in half. SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of both halves into your shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
