- 25 mlUmeshu plum sake
- 15 mlChilli liqueur
- 10 mlPalo cortado sherry
- 2 dashAbsinthe
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
