  • 45 mlVodka
  • 15 mlGentian liqueur
  • 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
  • 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 7.5 mlPink grapefruit juice
  • 2 dashCreole bitters
  • 7.5 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of pink grapefruit zest twist (discarded) and 3 spots of Peychaud's bitters drawn through foamy head.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
