Ingredients
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlCrème de cassis
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel/wedge &/or blackcurrants/blackberries when in season.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Garnish with lemon &/or berries.
