- 15 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlLime juice
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of sugar rim and orange zest twist (expressed and then discarded).

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice).

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
