- 20 mlOrange Curaçao
- 15 mlOloroso sherry
- 15 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange and lemon grated zest mixed with caster sugar rim.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
