- 3 barspoonOrange marmalade
- 50 mlGin
- 15 mlOrange Curaçao
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

STIR 3 flat barspoons (or 1 heaped spoon) of marmalade with gin in base of shaker to dissolve the marmalade. (It helps to break down if you push the marmalade into the sides of the tin.).

Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
