Ingredients
- 60 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 15 mlHomemade ginger syrup
- 15 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 30 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge skewered with crystalised ginger.
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
- 5Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim skewered with crystalised ginger.
