Ingredients
- 40 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 40 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 5 mlChilled water
- 1 dashAbsinthe
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- 4 dropChocolate bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3THROW all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
