Ingredients
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 1 barspoonPowdered sugar
- 50 mlLight white rum
- 10 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 10 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized grapefruit zest twist.
- 3STIR lime and grapefruit juices with sugar in base of shaker until sugar is dissolved.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
