- 22.5 mlCaramel liqueur
- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest and Werther's original.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with lemon zest (not expressed as the oils overpower the butterscotch) across rim on which to nestle a Werther's Original.
