- 30 mlGin
- 7.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 10 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 60 mlPink grapefruit soda
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coriander sprigs.
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring grapefruit soda.
- 5Garnish with coriander sprigs bouquet.
