Ingredients
- 8 fresh Basil leaves
- 60 mlVodka
- 22.5 mlTomato water
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of olive oil (drops) and skewered cherry tomato (perhaps also with a mini Buffalo Mozzarella ball).
- 3MUDDLE basil leaves in base of stirring glass.
- 4Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with 3 drops of olive oil floated on surface.
