Ingredients
- 22.5 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 22.5 mlCognac (brandy)
- 7.5 mlBanana liqueur
- 5 mlCardamom sugar syrup
- 4 dropCardamom bitters
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
