- 30 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 30 mlPineapple liqueur
- 5 mlCoconut syrup
- 5 mlPassion fruit syrup
- 30 mlOrange juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and paper parasol.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
