- 45 mlDark/black rum
- 15 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 15 mlPineapple juice
- 7.5 mlMaple syrup
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 5 dashAromatic bitters
- 75 mlGinger beer

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.
