Ingredients
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
- 10 mlBanana liqueur
- 5 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 2 dashJerry Thomas bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dried banana chip.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with dried banana chip.
