Ingredients
- 45 mlVodka
- 22.5 mlCoffee liqueur
- 22.5 mlHazelnut liqueur
- 22.5 mlWhipping cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Shake or whip cream to aerate then carefully pour to FLOAT on the surface of the cocktail.
- 6Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
