- 30 mlAmericano bianco
- 10 mlCelery saccharum
- 10 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and tip of flowering celery stalk.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with tip of flowering celery stalk pepped to rim.
