- 30 mlCelery juice
- 7.5 mlChartreuse Green
- 10 mlLime juice
- 5 mlLime cordial
- 5 mlWhite wine vinegar
- 2 dashCelery bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of celery stalk (ideally with leaves).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with celery stalk.
