Ingredients
- 45 mlChartreuse Green
- 15 mlFalernum liqueur
- 45 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge speared with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and grated nutmeg.
- 3POUR all ingredients into chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- 4SWIZZLE and then fill the glass with more crushed ice.
- 5Add more crushed ice to fill glass and SWIZZLE some more.
- 6Garnish with pineapple wedge speared with cherry and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
- 7Serve with a straw.
