- 5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlCherry blossom syrup
- 7.5 mlChilled water
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry with cherry blossom when in season.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
