Ingredients
- 55 mlBlanco tequila
- 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 5 mlAcqua Bianca liqueur
- 5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlCherry brandy
- 2 dashSpiced choc. bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and green olive.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry and green olive.
