- 15 mlMaraschino syrup
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 30 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of 3 skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5TOP with sparkling wine.
- 6Garnish with skewered cherries.
