Ingredients
- 30 mlVanilla vodka
- 15 mlKirschwasser
- 10 mlCherry brandy
- 10 mlCherry syrup
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 4 dropVanilla bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.
