Method

Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lime wedge or fresh cherries.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
