Ingredients
- 60 mlGinger liqueur
- 30 mlVermouth amaro (Pun.)
- 5 dashAromatic bitters
- 5 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare orange zest twist and garnish of skewered orange slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
