Ingredients
- 22.5 mlCognac (brandy)
- 5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 150 mlBrut sparkling wine

Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.

RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with orange juice and dip into sugar).

STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into chilled glass.

TOP with sparkling wine.

No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.).
