- 30 mlCherry brandy
- 30 mlChinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)
- 15 mlGin
- 7.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with maraschino cherry.
