- 4 dropMargarita Bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange twist, rosemary sprig and dried with cranberries, or dehydrated orange slice wheel..
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Rosemary sprig spiked with dried cranberries, or float a dehydrated orange slice.
