Ingredients
- 60 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 15 mlMandarin liqueur
- 7.5 mlWalnut liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of walnut half.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with half walnut balanced on rim or rest on the ice.
