Ingredients
- 60 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 15 mlOrancio vino aperitif
- 10 mlMandarin liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and something festive such as a redcurrant sprig.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with redcurrant sprig or something festive.
