- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlScotch whisky
- 7.5 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 7.5 mlChartreuse Green
- 7.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2No garnish to prepare.
- 3RINSE chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess.
- 4Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice in mixing glass.
- 5STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass. (No ice in glass.).
- 6Serve naked, without garnish.
