- 45 mlAlcohol-free amaro
- 30 mlCold Lapsang Souchong
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlCinnamon syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and cinnamon stick.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

Garnish with cinnamon stick.
