  • 25 mlPassion fruit purée
  • 10 mlCinnamon syrup
  • 4 dropXocolatl mole bitters

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of cinnamon dust (flamed) and shot of sparkling wine.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Dust with cinnamon powder (consider flaming).

    Serve with shot of sparkling wine on the side.
