Ingredients
- 30 mlVodka
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlRaspberry syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and raspberry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with raspberry floated in centre of cocktail.
