  • 30 mlBourbon whiskey
  • 15 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
  • 15 mlElderflower liqueur
  • 10 mlGrenadine syrup
  • 22.5 mlLemon juice

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of mint sprig.

    Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Garnish with mint sprig tip floated in the centre of the cocktail.
