Ingredients
- 1 swath Orange peel
- 22.5 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 15 mlCognac (brandy)
- 7.5 mlTriple sec
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3REGAL STIR all ingredients (including orange zest) with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
