Ingredients

- 4 tblspVanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cupsSugar
- 1 qtVodka
- 2 1/2 cupsWater
Method
- 1Combine coffee, sugar and water.
- 2Simmer 1 hour and let cool.
- 3Add vanilla and vodka.
- 4Age in sealed jar 2 to 3 weeks.
