Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into julep cup half-filled with crushed ice.

CHURN (stir) using a bar spoon.

TOP with more crushed ice and CHURN again.

Repeat this process until the cocktail fills the cup.
