  • 1 fresh Egg (white and yolk)
  • 22.5 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
  • 22.5 mlChartreuse Yellow
  • 22.5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
  • 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of grated cinnamon and nutmeg.

    BEAT egg and pour into shaker.
  4. 4
    Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  6. 6
    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. 7
    Dust with freshly ground nutmeg and cinnamon.
