Ingredients
- 22.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (flamed).

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into chilled glass.

WARM brandy in a metal ladle and ignite before pouring (from a height) as a flaming stream into the glass already containing other ingredients. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION!.

EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
