Ingredients
- 3 fresh Raspberries
- 50 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.

Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.
