Ingredients
- 45 mlMexican corn whisky
- 22.5 mlCorn/maize liqueur
- 30 mlAmericano bianco
- 6 dropCoriander bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grilled baby corn (or Candy Corn).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with corn resting on ice.
